Green Scooby on Burnley Road
Seen on Saturday 24th July 2004: approx 50 yr old bloke with bold head, missus & two kids, driving gree scooby log Burnley Road, Todmorden, towards Burnley, about0930 hrs.
Registration C11 CWY, don't know what this is meant to refer to?
Anyone help? Think I have seen him before on crimewatch??
