The mickleybop public hostelry be thou Tellins meet young sir verily verily - a gallon of stout be drunkethd but th'only scran be that of some crisps, peanuts (salted or dry roasted) or pork scratchings...

According to squire Paul I go to the Tellins meet, apparently that's where we get together for a small or non-alcoholic beverage at the green head of Mickle. (But I've never heard it called "Tellins" before!) Sometimes we eat, most of the time we have a drink, and we try and steer Julian away from discussing the merits of bareback horseriding, watersports, strumming guitars, rabbits and downloading the unthinkable off the net.

Come along Prouty1978, it's always a good laugh.
