Black, 'S' reg WRX.
That was me heading back to London. (My son thought I should take him to Bicester Outlet Centre and buy him some clothes.)
Foul driving conditions.
How long you had the car?

Since August 02, so 21 ish months
Just gone through 80,000 miles. Serves me right for living in Bedfordshire, working in Surrey and having in-laws in Liverpool!
Still going great guns; just a bugger to keep clean!!

That's some mileage!
I'm mostly sitting in London traffic jams, so I average 10 - 12k a year. I'm thinking of driving through Europe in the summer, so it'll increase for this year.
What sort of mileage can you expect from a scooby, do you know?
Peter.

I'll let you know when I hit 140k in 18 months time
. By then, I'll have finished paying for it so can then look for something else.
When I bought it, the dealer reckoned it would be good for 150k and then worth 5k on part ex. He was a salesman though.........

What would you drive instead? I thought of getting a Mitsubishi Lancer, but grey imports can be expensive to maintain? Also, I tried one out when I took my kids to Australia- hired it for a fortnight to drive to the Barrier Reef. I didn't like it any better than the scooby, but the reef was great.
