Mind me asking how much u you paid the beauty? Was gonna get one myself 6 months ago but went for the newage STI instead as both were same price.

wideboyuk, i'm not into saying now much things cost, but lets say 17,000 + its a late model 2001 so its one of the last (number 961) .

Was going to trade in my Beemer for a newer model but my mate made me drive a P1, major protest from me because I dont like 4 cylinders, turbo's, or anything but rear drive, (hence the BMW). One I had driven it my plans changed somewhat :-)

In fact my mate was in the same position as you and he ended up with a new STI. I think if you were going to use it every day then the P1 isn't the one to get for various reasons I cant be bothered to go into.

Anyway not dissapointed (although subaru don't spend much on the interior do they)
