Forgot to add. I was the one with the gleaming DBM MY00 Turbo. With the mods. I hope I didn't deafen you when I pulled out onto the road ?

Hi m8, yeah it was me (blue MY03) and Steel (Silver Classic in need of wash ). We were filling up and checking our tyre pressures before a trip to the sprint track at Curborough today.

We both said how sorted your motor looked, well we sort of shouted it after being partially deafened when you took off.

I havent seen you about before, have you had it long?

Hi Beefy. Yeah I have had the car for over a year. Don't get up to that part of Middlewich much, as I work in North Staffordshire. Only recently started to treat the car to Optimax. Usually up @ the Shell garage virtually every Monday night after work to fill it up.
Was looking at the Silver Scoob and wondered if it ws going to be cleaned :-)
Had your 03 WRX long then ?

Yeah I got my car earlier this year. I'm well pleased with it. How about yours, had it long? It certainly looked like it had been given the wax treatment on a regular basis.

Nice one. I have driven the 03 sport. And thought the grip and handling was very nice. Although the lack of a turbo charger was a big disapointment. I have had my car for over a year now. Although you were lucky that night. As I spent over 3 hours on Saturday giving it the Wash and polish treatment. Unfortunately like your mate steel. I sometimes let it get dirty. :-)
Getting any mods for it in the future ?

lol @ Amdy, thats what was left of Steels car the day after you saw us!

I've had the PPP fitted and a couple of other "warranty still in tact" mods done. I'm waiting for some new prodrive bits and pieces to be released so I can make a few controlled changes. I've toyed with the idea of sacking the warranty and getting some cheaper mods done but at the end of the day that is one of the reasons I went for a UK car in the first place.

I could tell you had a new exhaust system on yours but what else have you done?

Yep. Had a Magnex system (6 x 4 oval backbox) put on with a de-cat centre. Together with EBC Discs (Front and Rear) and green pads, 17" Millemiglia Evo 5 wheels with Yokohama tyres and a Blitz SUS air filter. All done @ ABP motorsport in Shavington.
In all it's given me another 15 BHP. Contimplating the ECU remap next.
