had a twin headlamp conversion.

unfortunately i was not in the scoob only an astra hire car

Anyway you can tell if it was Bob or not quite easily. Did it have a white front end (loads of stone chips) and was it around 50mm lower than standard. No Bobs not had it lowered. It's all his gadgets weighting the car down LOL
