Was that a white STi 22B in the workshop at Eaglesham Motors (South of Glasgow) and was it anyone's here? The 'HS' is the only bit of the number that I could see.

If you are talking about a TACKY CUSTOM JOB, it could have been my old car, which was a MY97 Sport which NEVER referred to as TACKY by fellow Scooby drivers all seemed very impressed by it and Won best of show at the Scottish BBQ meet a couple of years ago!
