I Used to about about 2 mths ago. I am now with Jabil Circuit, still on the same site and same job. Marconi sold their production of PCB etc to Jabil on a 3yr contract. I was part of that deal.

Nice P1 whos your son? does he work at Marconi or just a visitor? Can he give me a spin next time he is here ?

Yes he works at Marconi and uses it when I don't need it.

Will try to put you guys in touch. What do you do at Jabil? I work in Electronics ( chip manufacturer ) and look after Jabil in Scotland as well as Marconi / Jabil at Coventry & Liverpool.

Yeah I am, well my pay chq come from Marconi, I work for the networks side Ipsaris in Chertsey, Ipsaris were known as Fiberway who were in business for 10 year.

Ipsaris has now merged with Easynet with Marconi still being the main stake holder in he group.

This is not the first post I have read on the bbs from someone who has spotter a Scoob in a Marconi car park, I wonder how many of us. Maybe to embarrassed to mention it due to poor share prices...

Yet another Marconi employee to add to list!! I work at NCP red uk 95 turbo. Not seen the P1 kicking about though!

 

P1 goes to NHP not NCP - and can now be easily recognised by the absence of both front and rear badges since some towrag stole them !!

 

Doesn't that just really wind you up!!!! Mine was broken into and aside from knackering my alarm they stole my sunglasses and my dump valve!!!
