Un-marked dark green Volvo saloon, V reg, spotted on western end of M27 Friday and Saturday.

Watch out for the T reg dark met green Scoob on the M23. He's also been spotted M25 recently too. Grill and bumper lights on it which you can't see until they're on!.

Spotted the green one again in Reigate yesterday - the driver was wearing his flourescent jacket. T****AP or something. Don't know if he waves, was walking at the time!
