Today I was horrified

I saw a BMW 316 compact (bad enough as it is), but this had a scooby bonnet scoop and vents!!!

It also had a scooby front bumper with big centre grill opening!!

I was gobsmacked when I saw it driving towards me... youngish guy driving it.. tunes blasting out.

I thought I had lived and seen most things.. obviously not!

You've obviously not seen the Suzuki Baleno round Bradford then? Scooby bonnet bits,bumpers and skirts! You do actually have to look twice!

Saw what I think was a Toyota Corrola in Slough to day with a scoop. Not the new shape thank god, I'd have to get the camera out for one of those.

Corsa sprayed in what looks like WRC Blue with Scooby vents and gold 17" wheels keeps trying to "play" near Leigh/Atherton but I usually let him go cos I'm laughing too much!

Red Seat Ibiza (Mk1), 5dr, in serious need of a polish, 14" Wheels + Plastic Trims, Window Tints, Scooby Bonnet Vent, and a "TURBO" badge on the rear hatch.

He tried it on, but it looked so funny I let him go, anything for a second look at that badge

I used to drive a Seat Ibiza, complete with those plastic wheel trims and a tacky "System Porsche" sticker in the back window Best bit was getting it above 50mph - the needle on the speedo waved wildly between 30 and 70

Never tried it on with anything like a Scooby - it was only a 900cc!

Not major surgery like this lot, but I saw a Ford Galaxy with Impreza bumper trims on the rear.
Had to look twice to make sure.
Didn't try to race him, with the aerodynamic advatage he'd whip me

My mates used to say that my Ibiza was the fastest 900cc car they'd ever been in. Imagine what it would have been like with a Scooby bonnet!

Now my mates usually grab the dash and go a funny shade of green/white ... only on a track though, officer

 

See the Max'd car to beat them all this morning - an Orion with WRC front bumper and what looked like a P1 rear wing, sprayed bright yellow! My eyes are still hurting
