Green P reg, gold Speedlines, being towed along M25 7th June

Spotted a gorgeous dark green P-reg Scooby being towed (by a Legacy) on a trailer along the M25 just past the M4 junction this morning. Wheels like a gold version of the RB5's, tinted windows, Prodrive badging and (I'm guessing) PPP.
Looks great, but why didn't you just drive it?
