Just a quick thread, to see how many BB users are based around the Manchester area ? There seems to be a lot of people from darn sarf', but the North-West doesn't seem that well represented ?

To start the ball rolling, mines a MY94 STI 5 door silver, plate ANZ ???. Anybody ?

I was wondering whether anybody else north of Watford had a scooby other than me.
No disresepct to our Southern counterparts intended.

MY98 R/Blue 5 door on Gold wheels, can be seen around South Mcr/Cheshire.

I'm always on the lookout from other Scoobies, but rarely get a recpiprocated flash/wave, etc

Anyway for the record I'm from the Wigan/St.Helens area and I've just got my new MY01 in WR Blue and I can honestly say I'm chuffed to bits.

You can go for days around these parts without seeing a fellow 'scooby smiler'

 

Dont worry, there are plenty more of us - Dales, BOB T, BarryK, Otis, Jason HM, Clarey, buddy etc etc - go and grab them from the general forum

PS I will be at NM5 though not sure in which car as yet - look out for the Dream Weaver stickers

Nice to see a healthy reply to my query about NW scooby owners - I occasionally see some Scoobs rolling around, so if any one spots me, feel free to flash / wave !

Has anyone got any experience of NW companies dealing with Scoobies ? I'm thinking of DP Motorsport, ABP, etc etc.

I am in a Green 95 UK turbo with facelift etc.. and the evo plate on the front!
(makes it easlier to see me!! )
I am usually around the M60 and Manchester
Don't forget to wave.
I have waved to few scoobys but I do not get waved back??
Maybe not from the North.
Will try and make it to NM5!!!

Good to know that there are some friendly Scoob drivers out there.
I've lost count of the number of times I've waved or flashed at a Scoob and get no response whatsoever.

Hi all

I'm in and around Chester/Wirral area.
There seems to have been an explosion in scoob ownership lately,but not many want to wave and say hello.
Don't supose the owners of the two STI 5's that have appeared lately post on here?
One sonic blue seen on the A41 the other cool grey in Chester.

I normally use Intermoto in Liverpool for servicing/parts 'cos they're more friendly than IGW - no suprise they've gone out of business with their attitude IMHO.

If anyone sees a green MY97 (with gold speedlines of course! ) around Manchester, especially the Astley/Worsley area, don't forget to wave!
