Wot time Mark,it could of been my car as it now has style 5 spoiler fitted,allthough no private plate,mine also has yellow decal's on rear door's.Think i no the car that's for sale and where it's to!!.Don't sound like you gunna keep the golf to long the BURBLE is still implanted on yer brain!!!

Pretty sure it had silver wheels (MY01 17" possibly ) and a larger spoiler (22b replica possibly ). It did a couple of laps then presumably went back to its natural habitat of Hinton Rd/Westover Rd
