Red Scoob in my Road ( south Brum )

Got a shock when driving down my road, a guy six doors away has brought a bright Red Scoob, R plate Big Exaust keeps it in his garage most of the time, i've been told his had it 3 Weeks. Are you on here ? i drive a T plate 99MY Big Spoiler PPP.
