Norris EVO VII in Max Power

Has anyone else seen the Norris EVO VII about on the road?
He's based near my house, but I have never encountered him while out in my STI.. not that that would make a difference.. I think it's pushing out over 700 bhp!!?
I've seen his "old EVO V" go round Castle Coombe and that was breath-taking, even with ONLY 500 horses to manage with.
By all accounts his new beast is just plain dangerous... and thirsty.
