That's a very nice Silver Bugeye with Prodrive headlights, high rear spoiler, 18" Speedlines (?), Lexus style rear lights, Scoobysport BB. You were parked up in the car park of the services and then drove off while I was filling my MY99 DGM Sport up with Optimax. Sound lovely too
