S: Yes, it closes at 12pm...
J: <looks at watch> Oh, I was only really after an umbrealla (there's one behind "helpful lady")
S: Sorry, they close at 12.
J: Is there anyway you could just sell me that one <points>, it's just we're going out fo rhte afternoon and could really use it! (p*ssing down outside)
S: No, sorry, you'll have to come back on Monday, they close at 12.
