i dont know, thats y i'm asking who was there, but that green 4 door looked quite nice, but it looked standard in terms of performance (standard exhaust). and the parking guys wanted me to park in the bloody slush sh1te, i refused and went down near the bottom lol.
i'm sure the guys with the fireworks were tryin to shoot each other, oh the pops and bangs from the WRC cars was quite imense. but what shocked me, was that the Evo 7 Gr P Car wasnt that loud, but the pops were good!

Of all the cars, that EVO seemed the quietest I agree. Noisiest was one of the Hyundai's?
Out of interest where were we all standing??? Probably as close as our cars were parked! I was just over the crossing in the first area half way down the "top straight". Did anyone venture over the other side of the canyon by the "S"???

I was in car park M, WR Blue STi Type UK Prodrive....
Was parked about 6 cars away from what looked like my cars brother, tints and mudflaps all on show
... Only real difference between ours visually and audibly were my standard zorst and your monster sounding zorst (couldn't work out whether it was an HKS or TSL one.... Who were you.... Sounded great!!

I was there
car park M, parked down near the bottom though.
Saw absolutely loads of scoobs, too many really
Was funny watching loads of people doing donuts afterwards.
Emma would not let me do any in my Wagon, as her neck was hurting from mw trying to keep up with Mr Felstead the day before
. Christ my turbo gives you a kick when it hits in.

Where do you mean by the bottom?
As we pulled into the car park, around 10:30ish, we were directed off to the left, through a gate into a small sectioned field. We were one of the first ones into this field so we parked against the far fence. After us, and following the other STi Type UK I noticed, I think another 7/8 scoobs all followed in and parked alongside one another, quite funny I have to say seeing so many scoobs in one place (Wales that is) over 3 days...
Had many waves over the weekend, but it's amazing just how many don't wave, which is unusual, scoobs in Wales for the Rally GB....???
Shame I didn't see you're car, would have come over and said hello, would have cenrtainly recognised the reg plate and car after Well Lane....
Cheers

pretty much the same, we got in about 10:35, right down the bottom to the left near the fence. When we went back to it, it was sat all on its lonesome, covered in mud
from friday, with a load of lads looking at it that had peugeot 206's.
Not alot of people waved
Saw Dave-W at virtually every stage we went to.

Think that was me!! As you say, I was parked in car park M through the gate into the little field, and was parked against the fence just a few cars down from what must have been your WR Blue STi Prodrive. My car's got tints, STi mudflaps....oh and the exhaust...its a Blitz Nur Spec R. Turned loads of heads this weekend!!

Great sounds coming from your car. I think it was you we saw leaving Brechfa about the same time as us as well. You were doing a bit of a three point turn at the cross roads at the top, before heading out towards the exit. Very similar car if it wasn't you anyway. Mine was back down the hill about 600 yards...
Is yours PPP'd? Are you getting PPP? And if so, are you retaining the Blitz.....? I had the Super Drager on my last car and loved that sound, and yours reminded so much of that. Would be interested to see if the PPP'd car with Blitz back box on gives the same/better performance than PPP. As if it does, i'll be giving JW Racing a call

Oh, and good to see that a few of those cars across that back fence are fellow scoobynetters....

YS. I do remember seeing another STi at Brechfa parked near me, so could well have been me you spotted.
Thanks for the comments re the sound of the car. I absolutely love the blitz on there
, and its created quite a stir everywhere I've been. Not got the PPP on there yet, and quite frankly am not sure I will. Not sure I can justify spending £2k
to get the low down torque. Its fast enough as it is and I've adapted my driving style to suit what the car can do. Certainly the blitz has given the car a greater sound...and may have added a litle extra bhp/torque wise. I really must rolling road it to find out. I got my blitz from Jamie. If I do go the PPP route theres no way I could take the blitz off....it just wouldn't be the same!
All the best.

Yorkshire Simon I think we were parked near you too, in my Dad's silver turbo with 'Scoobychick's Dad' and 'Scoobychick's Mum' stickers in the side windows
We alternated between my dad's car and our black MY01 on each day of the rally

Hi Sal
It would have been me and the missus if it was the quietest sounding scoob in town
Sorry, didn't see any car with the stickers in, would have recognised the alias. I was very tempted to put some YorkshireSimon stickers in the rear passenger windows, but didn't get the time in the end, shame really, as it might have actually given me chance to put some names to faces...
