Its always good to see another RB5, even better though when you flashed and waved!

yeah, we're going down to Resolfen on Saturday, how about you? My scoob's being serviced at KT Greens as we speak and she'll be purring by Saturday no doubt. If I see you guys on the way down or around the stages I'll give you a wave.

Cheers, enjoy the rally.

Nick, Alwoodley.

Several weeks ago I was going up Harrogate Road (that big hill near KT Greens) and I was behind a RB5.
Was it one of you lot?
I was in the Blue EVO six.

it may well have been me as I always go the long way round whenever I go over to Harrogate. That road was made for a turbo charger! So should Scoob drivers be waving to Evos as well their own kind?????? I never know if I'm gonna get a response. Let me know if you see me again.

Nick.

I have to say I've always found KT's to be pretty good. Unfortunately they've cornered the market in North Leeds haven't they? I did have an occasion recently when I asked them to replace my right hand wiper arm (with deflector) and they'd forgotten to do that as well!

I'll keep an eye out for you all over the coming months.

Nice to hear of some Evo camerardery.

Just read the Auto Express review of the new STi. The word amazing springs to mind.

Yeah, KT Greeen have the Leeds market cornered.
They are only about 5mins from where I live.
When I had my scoob I always took it to them for a service..jolly good service all round. But I bought my 'old' MY00 from RN Goldens..top place.

Mitsubishi dealership...ok.

See you around chaps.

Cool

Used to work at Beckwithknowle a long time ago. Is the road from there (with the hairpin) and the A59 across Blubberhouses still any good or full of cameras ?

You have to be kidding !

One of the best drives I ever had was in an old Mazda 323 4x4 Turbo (the Japanese Delta Integrale) from Harrogate to Clitheroe on the A59 at night at a very 'interesting' average speed.

That car could carry the speed and put its power down brilliantly, and only had 148bhp - power to weight rules - which is why I drive a classic model after a heavy, solid, safe Audi
