Was it you in the dark greenor black Rover 620 thing being chased by police cars around St Paul's in London??!!

I was driving east past St Pauls today at about 2:30 in nose to tail traffic when the above car came past from the other direction closely pursued by a police car with full blues and twos. He was clearly not going to stop and disappeared around the corner behind me. Two minutes later he appears doing about 50 mph heading same way as me but on the pavement on the other side of the road scattering pedestrians and just missing some suits wobbling out of the Heeltap & Bumper pub and pi55ed off down towards Cannon St. Cue police vans everywhere plus armed police everywhere. He apparently abandoned the car somewhere behind cannon st and legged it on foot, but I give him zero chance of getting away.

Two minutes later and maybe just coincidence but two army helicopters appear over head?!?

I won't be home until late tonight but will be surprised if there isn't something on the news tonight.

I never saw/heared any of that!. Im right in on the Corner of Liverpool street.

Did see a lot of aold bill on the way into work frday though!. Maybe a tip-off?

 

Be glade you didnt have to drive up to Liverpool St. yesturday. What a pain in the ****....

Most of the roads where closed due to some silly bloody parade.
