anyone up here ever drive the road from Ingleton to Hawes? Avoid Sundays cos of the amount of quick bikes, but most other days it is a belter. one of the best roads driven slowly, but amazing with a bit of power. its an original roman road and has long and dipping straight bits, with quality chicanes over tiny bridges to keep you occupied. However, beware the sheep! they roam free and can often be found slap bang in the middle of the road just as youre flying over a ridge.........! sheep bashing!
