Ok guys,

As a resident in Nottingham I guess I have waved at most of you who have responded to Demondaves posts and perhaps some that haven't.

However, I probably don't know who you are either on here or personaly (salsa, mikey, audio dave, trouser, ted, the cops and a few others excepted).

So for those of you who don't know me, but may recognise the car.. this is it:



The pic is somewhat out of date (new ones to be in the gallery next week), but you should recognise it.

Have we exchanged our mutual satisfaction of Scooby ownership in passing? If so, let me know? Direct me to a pic of your car in the gallery, post it here or just say hi!

Not often, although I was in Spondon 2-3 weeks ago for a job interview. I don't recall seeing you, though I may have been on auto pilot.

I got the job by the way, so I may possibly be seeing you on my travels to and from work (A52). Starting on 30th September, so I'll keep an eye out for ya!

My only concern is that I am going to France the next day and may not have prepared everything. Please forward details and I will try to organise my plans around it. Who else is going? Anyone from Nottm?

I got a wave, I got a wave!

But not from a Scooby! As my car is in the workshop, I've been using the MX-5. Yesterday afternoon, just off the A60 I got a single fore-fingered salute from an MX-5 passing in the opposite direction - cool! I duly returned the gesture!

 

Never seen the car around the Mansfield area or I would have waved.

That pic cant be as out of date as the dvd I saw of you scooting round......erm I think it might have been knockhill.
DVD was "performance car of the decade" picked it up in halfords couple of weeks back.

P.s I wasn't in Halfords buying "stick on tat"

Yes that was me @ Castle Donington on the vid, probably last year (been on sale for some time now) - however, I didn't have a the roof spoiler on then.. did I? Don't think so anyway.

The wheels are the same, well at least until next month (got some tasty looking 18s coming), but the car has now been fitted with Morettes, an STi5 rear wing (old spoiler is for sale @ £100 ono) and TSL fog lamp covers. May also have a trick rear fog lamp conversion by Tuesday (no more integral lamp in the bumper).

The grille has been modified to accomdoate the Morettes and the bumper re-modified (losing an inch worth of ABS/plastic from the intakes to accommodate the re-meshed front end. So there are several changes from the pic. I'll have new ones in the Gallery by the end of the week.
