Dont worry, I ve had my Scoob for 2 months now and Ive never been spotted or waved at ! even though I do wave.

I think my prob is that a silver WRX new shape is most un-shouty of them all, so I blend into the background, either that or I look like a rep????

 

and here's me thinking I had everything going for me in the getting spotted stakes.
Proper colour...blue
Huge wing...prodrive
and most of all.
the proper exhaust note....prodrive performance pack.

Mental note..."must try harder" ;-)

 

You could havea while to wait. I've had my Scoob for nearly 2 1/2 years now and whilst I do get waved sometimes (and always wave at every Scoob I see) I have never got a mention on this BB.

Come on Derby Scoobs - where are you.

 

I've got the same problem.. 3 months and no mention.. Nick L, I'm a Derby scoob too what you got I'll keep my eyes open.. I'm around in MY97 DGM standard low level spoiler but nice sounding zorst.. All I'm saying is if you see me, you'll know its me.. reasons will be obvious when I'm spotted..

 

Bizarely enough there are a lot around the Glos/Chelt area, but just not many on here I think!

Got a standard Silver UK spec 1999. Changed the mid section and back box - obviously! No other distinguishing features - but I'm looking out for something unusual after reading your description.

Only time I've been spotted was when I broke down at the Sunseaker rally with my name on the side windows

Though that doesn't include the locals

 

Been spotted once (recently) but thats it. Maybe I'll get spottend on the 27th!!

Drove round in my MY00 DBM wagon for 18months and never spotted, despite heading a fair amount round the country in in

Hopefully my B/B STi7 Prodrive is less subtle and will get me spotted
