at 3.56 am this morning (saturday 22nd June) some little t*ats stole my MY01 and my 540i BMW off my drive, after breaking in to my house and stealing the keys while we were asleep.
Reg No's as follows;
PX51 GVO (MY01, Deep Blue Mica)
RRH 685 (540i, Red)
Last seen, by the Police, vanishing into the distance in the Toxteth area of Liverpool, in convoy, at 5.10 this morning.
Any help appreciated!
I have also posted this in the General forum- hope no-one is offended that i've posted it twice.

five cameras on the front of our house- all got great video.
unfortunately it was of three youths with baseball caps and hoods.
is that just great or what!

Impreza abandoned in wavertree, liverpool, late sat afternoon after yet another chase with the police.
no bodywork damage but clutch and diff are looking and smelling a little suspect.
and they nicked a pair of broken sunglasses, amongst other things.
still no sign of the BMW, but it seems they tried to get away with another 540 locally (there's only two) but got disturbed. Information indicates that it was the BMW they were after and the Impreza was just a bonus.

If they've just been driving around quickly (i.e. haven't driven through any shop windows) then I would suggest getting the engine oil, diff fluids & oil and maybe even the brake fluid changed ASAP. The biggest risk is that they've fried the engine oil by switching off the engine while the turbo was still hot. Check the tracking as well in case they've run over some kerbs. Other than that, fingers crossed that the car is fine.

apparently both the impreza and the 540i are both quicker than the police 850Rs!
We apparently need a helicopter with bigger fuel tanks too.
If they'd reacted a bit quicker (i rang them as the cars were being reversed down the drive), or had more resources, they'd have caught them as there's only one way out of our village.
They only got the Impreza afterthe assailants bailed out, locked it and left it.
