Does anybody know if the Gatso's on the A505 actually work I always slow down for them, but have seen some peeps seem to go through them at a fair rate of knots ???

The bit between Baldock and Royston in particular

I noticed the middle one on the way to Royston had vanished kept braking though for days until I realised !!!!

Think I will have to borrow a radar detector thingy off my mate to see which are 'live'

I think I got flashed by the 1st one out of Royston -> Baldock a while back, but no photo etc arrived in the post ( phew )

I've never had a ticket from any of them - been flashed twice I think!

It's a fast road, but the cameras are actually well placed - i.e. junctions and garages and pubs etc. so I don't think slowing up a bit is too much of a chore. I always do.
