Hi all,

Im after a quieter back box for the 3" system thats fitted to my 2004 WRX. It has a full Japspeed 3", wouldnt of been my exhaust of choice but was on the car when i bought it. The exhaust is waaaaaay too loud for my liking and tends to **** the neighbours off!! Tried putting a baffle in the tailpipe which did the job but had a loud clattering noise coming from the front end on full boost so had to remove it..

Anyway if anyone's got a quieter replacement back box (that doesnt need to be modified to fit) for sale get in touch..

Baffles are a bad idea anyway as they cause too much restriction mate.

 

Yes mate I figured a baffle would be a bit restrictive but not as much as to cause the problems it did.. Car sounded terrible..

We live and learn tho, wont make that mistake again!!
