Wanted o try and get away without having to send it to the painters... someone hit the both doors in Tesco just before Christmas.

Thought it may be easier to replace the doors than get it sprayed.

 

I got front and rear complete with everything but o2c blue.

 

Cheers for the offer...... does anyone know how much a straight spray would be to change the colour on two doors ????

HI Mate, the colour in preference is Dark Mica Blue, im going to see by Wednesday how much its going to cost to respray 2 doors instead of pull,fill and spray my bumped ones.

 

Sorry my bad. i would have a look around to try and get doors in the colour you want, the paibt will be of a similar age to your car and be a near purfect match. having them sprayed will involve blending in with you wings and rear quater panel.

Just rang them, they have a front door. They want 70 quid for it, without glass or any of the trim orbexectrics. Is that a fair price ??

 

£70 is a fair price BUT i allways collected in person. i went to one place that had what they called a mint door only to find it was worse than the one i was replacing, a total waist of time. dont trust carriers either. if you can find the doors in the right colour and in good condition your probibly going to get thr job done for half the cost of spraying

 

These are at a local breaker and said he hasn't got a problem with me viewing the door, but he only has one there.
Is it worth holing out to get a pair from the same vehicle .

he told me a few things as well like he had a grinder big enough to cut a car so had to rent 1 to do the job then he said they opened til 8 and kicked me out at 6 so had to go back this mornign to finish the job
