Dude, for £400ish you can buy a new set of wheels, or are you after tyres too?

I want white wheels but dont mind refurbing if not to bad ,dont need tyres as i have around 4 sets of slicks ive bought for track only as thats all the car is used for.

Just wanting some 18s now as im rolling or may even cut my arches with steering bump stops to get them in ok.

Mate - just buy new.
I bought direct fit Redlines from Scoobyclinic - no spigot rings - just go straight on. £400 delivered or very close IIRC.
