Interior must be complete but the condition is not important as long as there are no major cuts and deep scratches on the plastics, especially the dashboard.

It shouldnt have an engine/gearbox/ecu/exhaust and rear diff, if its there and you say its working i really dont care, please take it out, sell it and make a profit, less hassle for me and more money for you.

It should have full suspension, rear brakes wheels and tires and everything else that is completely working.
