I have an R160 4.111 diff for sale at the moment for £60.
Thats just a standard UK rear diff.

 

there so many diffs how do i know which 1 there is

Your box has a 4.111 final drive so the diff needs to be the same.
Your car will have an R160 unless your car is a late Type R with twin pot rear calipers and larger hubs (if it has that then you need an R180)
