96 STI Import , on the gear linkage universal joint the spring that links across from one side of the joint to the stabilizing bar has gone walkies , Subaru dealers have never ordered a spare in living memory and are quoting about an 8 week delivery, if at all , Anyone got one , Hope someone can help me,

Just go to a scrappy and get something similiar, its not that special and easy to fashion one to fit. I've lost mine too.
I made one to fit out of a clutch return spring in less than a minute.
