I require 2 wheels of 17" Diam. , if possible with tyres
Don't care what condition the wheels or tyres are in.

Must be located in and around London and be cheap or Free

Looking to simply to put the wheels on to a shell that needs to be rolling

I also don't care if the two wheels are of different brands etc or come from two different people
