Hello all,
I bought a new WRX that had no pressure in the #4 cylinder; yes, knew it when I bought it. We tore it down and found the piston had come apart along a 1" edge section. Surprisingly, there was little damage to the cylinder. We are sourcing parts now but I thought I'd see if there was anyone out there who had an engine they would want to sell. Main thing I need is a good intact block as I can use the heads off the current car. It needs to be a block that does not need to be tore down and in running conditon . The car is a 95 Jap import STI EJ20. Please either PM me or reply to this plea. Thanks, Lee
