I have a set, but no sticky pads.
you would need to get some 3M ones.

I have taken my old ones off. But I just bought a standard chrome lettering from a spares shop. 1 pound each. There is not much difference, they are a little wider, but they have fresh adhesive. I couldn't be bothered to stick the old ones back on, so you can have them for postage if I find them.

 

Got a set here mate, took them off a couple of days ago. As Above tho' you will need to apply more sticky foam.
