Open Neck Decat Downpipe
Looking for a decat downpipe guys for a classic,needs to be the open neck type..........Looking to pay around the 70 quid mark.

I've got a 2.5" decat dowpipe but not sure if it's an open-neck....
was looking for round a ton for it but depends on where in th country you are....
