Thats repainted one?? Who done the paint on it?? I got one of APi and its just not near the same as original colour. No offence to them or anything they said it wouldn't be so wanted an excellent condition original one. But yours looks well but maybe picture enhaces it. Let me know mate!! Heres mine but as you can see red too dark and flat not cackle type of original. I have spec R chrome pully cover, battery cover and fuse box cover to go on, And getting a ZERO Sports rad cover thing and air spilter for inside of vent. And i've the fuel reg on with gauge as well and new filter on the hks cone so engine bay be looking somewat good so looking for a nice manifold and sort out oa mint intercooler.

It's repainted and it has the crackle finish. As close to original as you'll find i think. The paint is slightly darker than original but none will match the STi ones perfectly. I don't have a decent picture of it fitted but here it is part built up.

I think you'd be better with a painted one as you'll wait years to find an original one with some paint still left on it. Here's my 58,000 mile MY98 manifold...

Here's my guide to DIYing it.

Nobody makes a red crackle in Europe that is as Orangey as the STi colour. Frosts red crackle 204 is as good as it gets for a repaint.

All the Jap ones peel sooner or later, it's false economy to buy one no matter its condition as it'll be gone sometime.
