atlantis do these cover the lights with them still in or do you need to remove the lights first, what bumper was that for is it for the old style 3 slat one

You don't need to remove the covers in any of the cases.

They are brand new, never used or fitted. They are in fiberglass and ready to paint. You just need to make it tight in your bumper. I haven't fitted supports as I don't know witch way the buyer will want to fit them (glue them, hang them with screws, etc.), so they are as they came out of the pattern.
