I need a spare set of 16in wheels, with or without tyres, for track days. £250 for some nice ones. MY00 in silver would be nice but anything will do. I'm in Peterborough, Cambs.

Hello Hoppy,(also nickname of myself in fact)

Becareful with what year car you have. I understand MY98 and earlier wheels will not fit MY99 or MY00 (4 pot callipers). Believe the MY99 and MY00 wheels will fit the earlier cars though.

Hopefully someone will confirm this below, however I am pretty certain this is true.

Hi

Colin Noble in Scotland has got some sets of brand new, unused gold MY00 wheels from P1's (prior to conversion). They are £400 + vat + post (about £500 all up). Might be worth getting them and swapping the tyres over??!! I nearly bought a set but got the new ST2's instead!

Just a thought.

Steve.

Colin Noble sometimes has 2nd hand sets of wheels too!

My understanding is that the 16" wheels from MY98, MY99 & MY00 are all the same size and will fit any car with the standard Subaru 2 pots or 4 pots.

It was the MY97 and earlier that had the smaller 15" wheel.

Thing only get complicated if you are fitting non-standard brakes!

Regards,

Dark
