They don't advise going for the EBC greenstuff with the scoobs as they are quite a heavy car, the greenstuff was designed for novas, corsas, saxos etc.
I've got a set of EBC 295mm turbo groove disks (grooved and dimpled) disks and ceramic redstuff pads spare.
These have only been on the car for a few months (the car was off the road for a month when I changed the clutch/flywheel/exhaust etc.) I'd be surprised if they have done more than 1000 miles.
I have not done any track days / hard driving on them, I am selling them as I want something that bites better from cold as I only do 2 miles per day to work (in traffic) so cold bite is more imporant to me than brake fade etc. so I have changed them to the gold brembo calipers and 330mm disks.
I am after £175 for the disks and pads which I think is a fair price (these would cost you £286.70 on the group buy!).
One other advantage is that there is very little brake dust with them compared to the standard material, I have to clean my wheels much more now!!
Send me a PM if you are interested.
