I've got a pair of Kam Professional belt driven turntables & a mixer. I'm sure i've still got all the wires around as well. I bought them in university back in 1997, used them for a year & then boxed them up never to be used again IF I recall they were around £300 at the time plus the mixer.

They're in perfect working order (well they were when I boxed them up ). The only fault with them is that the hinges on the lids are broken but you only really need those to stop the dust getting on them so work fine sitting on top. There's a few stickers (record labels etc...) stuck on them but if they're not wanted they can easily be removed. Oh & a pair of Positiva slipmats as well

I really want to clear the space & as i'm in Gainsborough (not to far), you can hopefully collect them no problem

Make me a reasonable offer.

How old is your son and how serious is he about getting decks?

Theres quite a lot to take into account before splashing the cash.

Totally agree with SwishOvBolton.

Dont waste your money buying anything other than Technics. Either the SL1200's or the SL1210's.

Like Swish says, if he gets bored of them, he (or you) will be able to sell them on from the same price you paid for them (unless you buy new of course).

Unfortunately, my mate has just sold a pair of SL1210 with carts and needles and mixer for £525. Dont forget to get him some slip mats too!

yes 1200's or 1210's been there didn't buy them then had to go out and buy some, got to say there is more of a choice now that are better designed than the technics, I would buy vestax decks in the 21st century lol
