Remote Control Scoobies?
Little lads asked for one for Chrimbo, guess petrol as get fed up re-charging batteries. Anyone got one lying around or if not some advice on what/where to get one. 1/10th scale seems about right, also prefer if it could do off-road as opposed to tarmac

How old is your lad mate I bought a HPI RS4 3 Evo and it is fecking fast does 45+ and takes some controlling, I know charging is a bummer but if he aint had one before it may be the better route as not as quick plus you get a reverse as you don't with fuel cars unless a module is available
be prepared for going to the model shop on a regular basis for spares,i have a nitro car and have had to spend a small fortune repairing the bloody thing, my fault i guess for buying a 70mph one hahaha good fun though

I think the difference beween the two are the engines Petrol ones tend to be bigger and run on small chainsaw like engines ( I think ), but like XVW said be prepared to spend more at the model shop getting the thig repaired as if it's not used a a wide open space ( and I mean wide ) then it's going to spend most of it's time in the shop where you bought it from
i have a kyosho pure 10 mantis 2wd nitro car for sale if you are after a R/C car with an engine, but doesn`t need a huge space to drive it in, prob does about 25 -30mph, which is quick enough if you dont wanna be repairing a smashed up piece of plastic all the time..
it doesnt have a scoob shell tho, but you can pick up one of these for 25quid...
