Hi all,

Just got my new scoob sti type r and there is no radio or speakers fitted, has anyone got any for sale that will fit into the doors and rear shelf.

 

will looky in my shed later (at work at mo)for the ones that got taken out when new en's were put in
got original radio as well

Is this normal fro the car to come with no radio nor speakers.

May have to look into what size speakers actually fit in the gaps

 

I have got a couple of JBL GTO MK2 5 1/4" 2 ways if you want them mate

Ive had a good look round now and there are speakers fitted in the doors and cables leading to the rear shelf, you can see where some speakers sat on the shelf so it looks like i will need some of this type.

I suppose any car hi fi shop should be able to help?

 

got a pair of jvc 100w if your intersetd £35 for the pair came out of a type r

do these fit on the rear little shelf or in the doors?

 

The JBL's that I have fit into the doors well they did on mine MY93 WRX, without having to cut any of the door plastic away etc

got a set of alpine 6 inch components that i'm willing to flog off to someone at a apprapiate price!!!

yes they will fit in the rear shelf not sure about the front though
