Friend is about to buy a type r.
He has a max of 12k to spend including part exing of a manual mitsubishi fto mivec in black.
Does anyone know of a car local to them that is worth considering?
we have looked in autotrader and E and M, but there is no substitute for the keen eye of a local enthusiast.
