Wanted any condition considered preferably a FS1E not a sixteener special ( which were the early ones upto a P reg 1976 I believe)

I had an N plate (pop cycle purple)that had pedals on

wish had still got it now

The early ones had a Yamaha badge on the tank and the later ones had stickers, also the early ones had a front No. plate on the mudgard but I aint no expert lol and they all had pedals. Mine was a P reg. There is a website devoted to them.

Mine was the early one then, badge + no plate on mudgard

bought it in 1974 no plate was N329 GNN (bloody hell dont time fly) think it cost around £200 new !

anybody out there got it now ?

ive got an 88/89? f reg drum brake model in red, not used for about 7 years and it needs some tlc, when i stopped riding it it just needed a new float for the carb to run but probably needs more now. if you want it, its yours for £50ono(you collect). im in middleton, manchester. email me if youre interested.

Cooo that takes me back.
My FS1E went over 60 mph, with smoke pouring out the back, left my mate on his honda standing.
The good old days.
