momo race gearknob - ADAPTER

I have just realised, after having to tighten the grub screws just about every day for the last 6 months, that i need the platic/rubber adapter which fits over the stick.
Anyone got one, or know where i can get one from?

Not sure which one i need, its for an MY98 UK turbo, but if you're willing to part with the spares ill certainly take em off yer hands.
