If you have no joy, you could try & get one made.
You'll have to send the old one as a pattern though.
Give Speedy Cables a ring, they are very good and not too pricey.

I've just had a speedo cable made by them for my Daihatsu rally car (only £12), as Daihatsu could'nt seem to find one - strange since they made the car !!!.
Dremel.
