I have some, I have 2 sets of Blue OMP 4 points and 1 six point set in Red, all new OMP.

Blue 4 points are OMP model DA/435/B they should retail for £115.30
each I will do them for £90.00 each and will include the eye bolts and mounting plates for free worth £12.04 thats a saving of £37.34 on each harness.
Red 6 point is OMP is model DA/434N/4" has 4 inch lap and shoulder straps, should retail for £151.62 my price £115.00 and will include the eye bolts and mounting plates for free wirth £18.06 total saving of £54.68.

Try Halfords. I got 3 point Sparco c/w plates and bolts for £50 (in Red) but they had a different make for only £40
