Default JDM Blobeye Xenon/HID Headlights

As above.

With or without ballasts/wiring etc (assuming that the wiring is the same as Bugeyes?)

On that note. Is there any additional wiring needed to retrofit JDM HID headlights or is it plug and play once the lights have levelled.

Assuming you have the ballasts and their wiring, you'll need this or similar http://www.lightwerkz.net/index.php/...d-harness.html

Depends which model you have though.

You also need to ground BOTH ballasts. If you don't, they'll turn off when you switch to main beam. And as HID's taken a moment or so to engage, you'll be left in darkness every time you switch from high to low beam and vice versa....

Looking at a couple on various outlets but the prices are pretty frightening.

I've retrofitted countless Xenon headlights on the MK5/Mk6/Mk7 Golf platform but with this being my first Subaru its a steep learning curve for me.

My 2004 Blobeye Wagon needs better headlights, it's like driving with candles!

Plenty of threads covering this or start a new one if you can't find what you are looking for.
