Default Clutch kit for 6 speed sti

Hi guys

I currently have a stage 3 competition clutch only 9 months only and about 1500 miles on it and the judder when pulling off is horrendous!

So im after another clutch kit for my 2003 sti 6 speed it's got to be able to handle around 450/450

any advice would be great as when i rang the trader it was supplied and fitted by apparently any warranty is void on clutches?? although after they did say send pics of the clutch and they would look at them.. BUT from a customer point of view its a bit disappointing.

any traders got any offers on or anyone got summit for me let me no guys

thanks

Thanks for the replies, Iv seen 1 or 2 with judder on the act clutches and on the pink box exedy even with the anti judder disc (I had 1 on my classic that juddered even with new flywheel)

I might just give the stock exedy a got £256 from Subaru and Iv seen people running good power/torque on the 6 speed

Can't remember how much I paid but give Alyn at AS performance a phone, I'm sure he'll give you the best price available for any clutch you want. He'll also give great advice for free if you ask

Are you sure you need a new clutch? Did you get a new flywheel or did you get the old one skimmed?

Hi mate

It was supplied and fitted by a well respected tuning company I would of thought any issue with the flywheel it would of been replaced as thousands of pounds was spent with them, so I can't see them overseeing that??

It's getting removed on Tuesday to see what's going or gone on, as like I said it's only 9 months old I'm sure there is manufacture warrant to 12 months on any goods? I may be wrong as the company that fitted it said there was no warranty..
