I'm currently in the market for a blobeye Impreza STI. My budget is up to £10k depending on car and condition, but I would only consider a wide track or JDM car towards the upper end of my budget. Ideally I'm after a black or blue car, but I may consider others.

Mileage, ideally, I would like sub 80k but providing the cars been well looked after I'd consider up to 100k.

I will consider both modified and standard cars, as I plan to carry out plenty of upgrades in the future.

Condition wise as long as the car is not rusty or damaged/ dented on the main bodywork, I am not too worried about scrapes/ scratches if the price is right.

Ive been looking around for a while but a lot of the cars I've considered have either been snapped up straight away or a bit of a lemon. So, I thought I'd sign up here and hopefully buy from a fellow enthusiast.

I've been trawling through all the STI's that have been for sale on here over the last year, and I think by budget is fair.

Although my post sounds like i'm mainly after a widetrack car. I see also a few 03/04 cars have sold for around 5.5-7k, and if anyone has something like this i'd also be very keen as i plan on modifying the handling anyway.

 

Shame it not a bit more you could have my Type-25 ;-)

 

I've got an 03 sti for sale, 4 owners and just turned 80k with plenty of history and a few subtle mods. Was looking for £7500

 

Theres a 04 sti type uk for sale on southeastscoobies with 31570miles on it in blue with defi's for 7500 .

 

I'm hoping to get out and do a bit of a road trip over the weekend to look at some cars. So, I thought I'd bump this up in case any ones got any others to offer.

I'm guessing blacks fairly rare, as I haven't been offered any.
